Delivered anywhere in Egypt.
Delivery is priced by governorate and shown to you in full before you pay. Nothing is added at the door. The table below is the same one checkout uses.
What it costs
| Governorates | Delivery |
|---|---|
| Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia | EGP 651-2 working days |
| Alexandria, Port Said, Suez, Damietta, Dakahlia, Sharqia, Kafr El Sheikh, Gharbia, Monufia, Beheira, Ismailia, Matrouh, North Sinai, South Sinai | EGP 852-4 working days |
| Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Asyut, Sohag, Qena, Aswan, Luxor, Red Sea, New Valley | EGP 1204-6 working days |
Delivery is charged once per order, not once per pair. Two pairs going to one address pay one delivery fee.
Dispatch
Orders confirmed before 4 PM leave the workshop the same working day. Anything later goes out the next one. We don't dispatch on Fridays, so an order placed on Thursday evening starts moving on Saturday.
The working days quoted above are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you pay. You get a WhatsApp message with the courier's tracking number as soon as the pair is handed over.
Every pair is checked in daylight and set into its cotton bag before the box is sealed. That check is why we quote a working day for dispatch rather than an hour.
Paying
You can pay online by card, or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available in every governorate we ship to, and the courier collects the full amount, the pair and the delivery together, at the door.
At the door
The courier calls the number on the order before arriving. You can open the box and check the pair is the size, colour and style you ordered while they wait.
If nobody answers, the courier tries twice more on the following working days. After the third attempt the parcel comes back to us and we message you to arrange it again.
A wrong number on an order is the one thing we cannot fix from here. If your phone changed after you ordered, message us and we will pass the new one to the courier.
If a pair arrives and it isn't right, you have fourteen days to send it back.
